Idea of the Month

Materials:
- Cardstock - Cloud and White
- 12" x 12" Paper & Photo Mat Pack - Shine
- Simple ABC Monogram Stickers - Black
- Sophisticate ABC/123 Stickers - Black
- Corner Rounder
- Circle Maker
- Dual-Tip Pen - Black
- Foam Adhesive Squares
How to Create:
Start with white/gray patterned paper as the base for both pages of the layout.
For the left page of the layout:
Mat a collage of photos on cloud cardstock.
Adhere a piece of gray patterned paper the same width as the matted photo collage and 12 inches tall to the right side of the page. Adhere matted photo collage on top of the gray patterned paper ¾ inch down from the top of the page.
Cut a different piece of gray patterned paper 7 inches tall x 3 ½ inches wide. Round the left 2 corners. Adhere this gray patterned paper to the left of the matted photo collage 1½ inches down from the top of the page.
Journal on strips of white cardstock and adhere to this piece of gray patterned paper.
Create “flower” embellishments by cutting shapes out of patterned paper. Cut out a total of 6.
Adhere 3 of the “flowers” randomly to the left side of the page. Save the other 3 for the right page of the 2-page layout.
Punch 4 circles out of blue patterned paper and adhere 2 of them with foam adhesive squares to 2 of the “flowers” to create a centre for the “flowers”. Save the other 2 circle punches for the right page of the layout.
For the right page of the layout:
Crop a large photo so that it is 7 inches tall. Adhere this to the left side of the page 1 ½ inches from the top.
Cut a piece of gray patterned paper 7 inches tall x 1 inch wide (this should be the same patterned paper that you cut 7 inches tall x 3 ½ inches wide and added to the left page of this 2-page layout). Round the right 2 corners. Adhere this piece of patterned paper next to the large picture.
Cut a thin strip of cloud cardstock ½ inch wide x 7 ½ inches tall. Cut a “V” in the bottom of this strip. Adhere strip between the large picture and gray patterned paper.
Add title underneath the large picture.
Now add the other 3 “flowers” to this page of the layout. Add the 2 blue punches to the center of 2 of the “flowers”
Finished Size:
